This stunning home was designed around our client’s lifestyle and family needs. The home was designed after receiving a client brief and was designed to achieve a beautifully designed home with segregated living areas and an open plan.

The orientation of the property was a key consideration with the layout of the home. The design includes a downstairs bedroom complete with an en-suite, which was a key consideration for future resale while also providing accommodation flexibility as per the brief. The home includes a home theatre, separate living, and dining areas and a huge open plan kitchen with a butler’s pantry. The alfresco is integrated with the living room and flows off the open plan kitchen area, which is perfect for entertaining, as requested by the owners.

Upstairs includes 4 huge bedrooms, Built in WIR, a stunning main bathroom and en-suite with designer wall hung vanities with stone bench tops, LED mirrors and designer tapware.

The home was designed to utilise the considerable cross fall of the property and turn the slope of the property into a design feature for the home.

The front yard was sculpted to achieve the best outcome in terms of a beautifully landscaped property. The Sturling Prestige Homes team provided and end to end solution and coordinated the landscaping with the construction of the home.

The construction process for this amazing 2 story home was 10 months, including landscaping.
