The team of architects and designers at Sturling Prestige Homes can tailor your new home design to suit your needs and lifestyle.

Once we have listened to your needs and taken a detailed design brief outlining exactly what you would like included in your new home, we then undertake a budget estimate based on the square metres of your dream home.

Our end-to-end service will deliver a stunning new home that is customised to your family’s needs and lifestyle. Our landscaping services also ensure your home is 100% completed before handover. If you are considering a swimming pool, we will work alongside your pool builder to ensure a smooth process from start to finish.

You can either modify one of our existing home designs, or we can design your dream home from scratch.

YOUR HOME DESIGNED TO SUIT YOUR BLOCK OF LAND

Many blocks of land within Sydney either have moderate or severe slopes across the building footprint. Our experienced design team have years of experience in dealing with blocks of land with slopes and can easily work through the constraints of your property.

For sloping blocks, often, a split slab can address the fall across the building platform. In doing so, we can create a high-ceiling architectural feature.

Step 1 – Free Site Inspection

On our initial site visit, we will inspect your block of land to understand the site conditions, site constraints and complete a comprehensive review. The site visit gives us time to create a design brief focusing on your ideal layout, look and feel of your dream home and its home inclusions.

Step 2 – Design Stage

Once we have reviewed your design brief, our designers will prepare a floorplan and front elevation for an $800 fee. A survey is also required at this stage to provide all of the relevant information with respect to the property, utilities and levels.

Step 3 – Tender Stage

Once the design has been completed and most inclusions have been selected a fixed price tender can be prepared. Internal selections can be varied at colour selection stage from this point onward. At this point a building contract can be prepared to start the approval process and get you on your way to your dream home!
