This project involved The stunning transformation of an old tired orange brick single story home situated in Castle Hill into a stunning resort style home extended and completely renovated front to back.

The renovation highlights are endless with the renovated facade, new garage doors, repainted and restored roof, repainted front driveway, new windows and sliding doors, replaced internal doors and internal joinery throughout, new kitchen with polyurethane doors and 80mm stone benchtops, led lights throughout the kitchen, new carpet, hybrid floors to entry, dining, and TV area, rejuvenated facade.

It also included the construction of a 50m2 pavilion style alfresco with LED lighting, the provision of LED lights throughout the home, and Miele appliances included in the kitchen and laundry.

On the exterior, there was a completely renovated pool with the removal of the pavers surrounding the pool, the provision of porcelain tiles, new pool fences, decorative fencing panels and renewed waterline, the provision of Actron ducted air conditioning, the construction of a walk-in robe and built-in pantry and fresh paint internally and externally.

This beautiful luxury home now has everything the modern family could aspire to.
